Take Pride in your Living Space

  • Homes with more photos sell faster, too; a home with one photo spends an average 70 days on the market; but a home with 20 photos spends 32 days on the market.

  • For homes in the $200,000-$1 million range, those that include high-quality photography in their listings sell for $3,000-$11,000 more.

The only visuals you see marketing Ferrari’s for sale are typically professionally taken. So, it would make sense that you should take the same amount of care in how you market your home. After all, it’s most likely more expensive than a typical Ferrari. WHOA, sell the home, buy a Ferrari. Okay not my actual advice, but on a serious note I’ve been photographing homes professionally since 2014 and know how to portray your home in its ‘best light’.

Exterior Photography

What is the very first image that people encounter when they take a look at a real estate listing? Nine times out of ten, it will be an exterior shot of the home, apartment, or office building. Make your first impression count with a professionally shot exterior. Twilight sessions are my favorite!

Interior Photography

I utilize off-camera flash in order to maintain the most natural color balancing in your living space. Got a view? Utilizing OCF I can light the interior of the home to match the exterior, allowing interested parties to view the home as your eye would see it!

Aerial Photography

A birds eye view, if you can think of a better way to market a property, than please let me know. Aerial photography lets me capture your property from unique perspectives, show off a view, location or other feature that would otherwise be unattainable. FAA licensed and fully insured sUAS drone pilot since 2016.

Real Estate Videography

My goal in the production of your video is to capture attention. All my videos will include aerial videography (where and when possible), shots of the interior, exterior and surrounding area. My aim is to portray the ‘flow’ of the property, while highlighting key features in an appealing way. I try to keep my video tours under 3 minutes so as to attract and retain the audience, the purpose of the video tour is a teaser, to make them want to see the home up close and in person!

The video production includes one ‘proofing’ session where I ask you for feedback and adjustments. The video shoot generally takes around 2-hours on location, followed by professional post-production.
